3D Printing Materials

Create highly accurate, finely detailed 3D models and parts

Make it more realistic and accurate

Photopolymers offer a wide range of properties, from rubber to rigid, transparent to opaque, and neutral to full colour. This makes them an ideal choice for a variety of applications, including prototyping and product development. With the ability to simulate over-moulding using two different photopolymers, you can achieve an exact product feel in your prototypes, allowing you to test the look and feel of your products before committing to large-scale production.

In addition to their versatility, photopolymers also offer customisation and possibilities for final product aesthetics. With PolyJet technology, you can print in full colour, allowing you to create prototypes that closely resemble the final product. This level of customisation opens up new opportunities for design and innovation, giving you the freedom to explore new concepts and push the boundaries of what’s possible.

By blending two or three base resins, you can create nearly 1,000 composite materials with specific, predictable properties. This level of control over the material properties allows for a wide range of hues, translucencies, Shore A values, and other properties to be achieved for your most imaginative prototypes.
