Digital Materials

Stratasys Digital Materials can easily be constructed with a wide range of physical properties, tones and colours. You are able to gain up to 14 material properties in one print job to give you more creativity in your design process. With the Connex 3 3D Printer, you are able to print a single prototype that can contain as many as 82 distinct different material properties, all created in only one build.

A Digital Material is the result of combining two or three Polyjet photopolymers in specific concentrations and microstructures to create a composite material with hybrid characteristics. All of these possible combinations are preconfigured and selectable in Objet Studio to ensure predictable, repeatable results.
