Tri-Tech 3D are now CHAS accredited

Find out what this means for our customers

Introducing a new standards of health and safety for our staff and customers.

Why did Tri-Tech 3D decide to get CHAS accredited?

As part of the Stanford Marsh Group, Tri-Tech 3D and our affiliated companies take health and safety matters very seriously for both our staff and our customers. We already had a very high set of standards that we maintained, however we wanted to verify our standards so that businesses that need to use an accredited supplier are able to work with us. We also wanted to prove to our current customers how effective our health and safety practices are so that we can give you peace of mind when working on your site that we’re doing everything by the book.

The following areas of our business have been assessed in order to receive the accreditation:

  • Health and safety policy
  • Organisation of health and safety
  • Health and safety training
  • Insurance details (Employers’ and Public Liability Insurance)
  • Toolbox talks
  • Training qualifications
  • Maintenance records
  • PAT testing
  • Subcontractor competence
  • Construction Phase Plan
  • First aid training
  • Staff inductions
  • Health surveillance
  • Audit
  • Fire risk assessments
  • Asbestos

What does this mean for Tri-Tech 3D?

This means that Tri-Tech 3D are now listed on the Safety Systems in Procurement (SSIP) register; an umbrella organisation that facilitates mutual recognition between health and safety assessment schemes. As a result, we can work with a greater amount of national organisations that require their supplier to be SSIP registered. Some of these organisations which require SSIP registration to work with a supplier include the Ministry of Defence, Government buildings and local councils.

By being CHAS accredited, we are also creating a safer and more supportive environment for our staff members by ensuring they are equipped with the latest health and safety information and are empowered to be responsible for their own health and safety as well as their colleagues around them and any customers we work with.

What does this mean for our customers?

This means you’ll have peace of mind when working with Tri-Tech 3D that our team are operating to the highest of health and safety standards and that we are being compliant with all UK health and safety laws, as monitored by CHAS.

Customers will benefit from our reinforced health and safety standards and can be rest assured that when working with us, whether it’s on our site or yours, we’re in compliment with all UK health and safety requirements and are taking our customers and our own staff member’s safety very seriously.
