Raising the Bar for Digital Dentistry at DTS 2025

Tri-Tech 3D at the Dental Technology Show 2025: Bringing additive manufacturing to the heart of dentistry

This May, Tri-Tech 3D exhibited at one of the UK’s most influential events in the dental industry’s calendar — the Dental Technology Show (DTS) at the NEC, Birmingham. With thousands of dental professionals in attendance, DTS 2025 gave us the perfect platform to showcase how additive manufacturing (AM) is reshaping dental workflows for labs, clinics, and technicians across the country.

A Spotlight on Digital Dentistry

Visitors found the Tri-Tech 3D team alongside the Stratasys J5 DentaJet, one of our flagship dental 3D printers designed specifically for high-mix, high-output dental part production.

Compact, precise, and capable of printing multi-material full trays in a single job, the J5 DentaJet offers the speed, accuracy, and flexibility modern dental labs need – whether they’re producing crowns, bridges, surgical guides or monolithic dentures.

We had tech demonstrations on stand, real-time discussions with dental professionals, and the chance to showcase how Stratasys PolyJet technology is helping labs cut down remakes, improve part aesthetics, and boost throughput.

Exclusive DTS Offer: Up to £5,000 in Free Resin

To celebrate DTS, we launched a limited-time promotion exclusively available to show attendees and online customers alike:

🎁 Get up to £5,000 worth of Stratasys material free with the purchase of any Stratasys J Series dental printer – enough to produce around 80 full dentures for FREE!

📅 This offer is STILL valid on purchases made before 31st May 2025, and is open to all – even if you didn’t attend the event!

What We Learned at DTS 2025

DTS offered more than just foot traffic. It sparked meaningful conversations around the growing adoption of digital workflows in dentistry. For many labs, additive manufacturing is no longer just a future investment – it’s fast becoming an essential tool for staying competitive and meeting growing patient demands.

With innovations like TrueDent™, a high-fidelity, polychromatic dental appliance resin, we’re now seeing more interest in realistic colour dentures, multi-shade restorations, and full-colour, monolithic printing. And thanks to the capabilities of the J5 DentaJet, labs can now produce all of these on a single, compact machine – with unattended, overnight printing to maximise productivity.

Looking Ahead

We were thrilled with the level of interest, insight and engagement at DTS this year. It’s clear that 3D printing is no longer a novelty in dental production – it’s a necessity for labs looking to innovate, scale, and thrive.

If you didn’t catch us at the show but would like to learn more about the J5 DentaJet or how additive manufacturing can fit into your dental workflow, our team is here to help.
