Overview
2.4979 / CoCr28Mo6, also known as CoF75, is a high-strength, corrosion-resistant cobalt-based alloy. The combination of cobalt and molybdenum provides excellent wear resistance and mechanical performance, even at elevated temperatures. Its biocompatibility makes it suitable for medical implants, while its strength and durability enable use in aerospace and other high-wear industrial applications.
